Zix Encrypted Email

To protect confidential and private information sent via email and to comply with privacy regulations and standards, Drake Bank uses email encryption services through Zix Corporation.

By clicking ‘Send Secure Email,’ you will leave Drake Bank’s website. The site you are directed to will allow you to send a secure message to a Drake Bank team member.

When sending sensitive information, emails must be sent securely. This includes social security numbers and account information.

Instructions

Receiving Emails

If you receive a Secure Email from Drake Bank, please refer to the instructions within the email or follow the steps below to access, open, and respond.

  1. Open the notification Email in your inbox
  2. Click the ‘Open Message’ button
  3. If you are a new user, you must register and create an account. If you are an existing user, you will need to log in

Sending Emails

To send or reply to a Drake Bank secure email, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Secure Messaging Portal by clicking the ‘Send Secure Email’ button above
  2. To reply, select the message you’d like to reply to and click ‘Reply’
  3. To compose a new message, select the ‘Compose’ tab
  4. Once the new message appears, you can add your message, recipients, and necessary attachments

New Users

  1. Click the ‘Send Secure Email’ button, above
  2. Click ‘Register’
  3. Once all the required information is completed, select ‘Register’
  4. Now you have access to read and/or send secure messages

Support

If you forget your Drake Bank Secure Email password, follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Click the ‘Send Secure Email’ button, above
  2. Click ‘Reset Your Password’ on the login screen
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password
