Justin joined Drake Bank in January 2021 and leads compliance, risk management, internal audit, and vendor management programs. With 25 years of experience in law, consulting, and banking, Justin has been a driving force in strengthening the Bank’s compliance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Justin has also played a key role in developing the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management program and implementing a new vendor management system. By elevating the Bank’s compliance and risk management system, he has helped the Bank maintain robust regulatory compliance and achieve over 15% annual growth in deposits and loans since 2021. Additionally, Justin was promoted and joined the Bank’s senior management team in December 2022.
