Mobile Deposit
Making deposits from your mobile device is easy.
Just follow these steps:
Write ‘For Mobile Deposit Only’ and endorse the back of the check
- Log in to the Mobile Banking app
- Click on the ‘Deposits’ tab
- Select ‘Deposit a Check’
Select the account you want to deposit the funds into
- Enter the check amount
Select ‘Take Photos’
Follow the image guidelines for the front and back of the check
- Confirm the information is correct
Select ‘Make Deposit’
Keep the check for 15 days after depositing to ensure it is fully processed
- ‘VOID’ and securely destroy the check
Photo Tips
Make sure the entire check image is visible and in focus
Flatten folded or crumpled checks
Use a well-lit area, preferably on a dark background
Cost & Check Limits
Mobile Deposit is free. If that ever changes we will give you a 60 days notice.
For consumer accounts the daily limit is 5 mobile deposits per day with a daily limit of $2,500. The monthly limit is 60 mobile deposits with a limit of $5,000.
For Small Business accounts the daily limit is 5 mobile deposits per day with a daily limit of $5,000.00. The monthly limit is 60 mobile deposits with a $20,000.00 limit. If your business needs a higher limit, Remote Deposit Capture may better meet your business needs.
Deposit Timing
Funds deposited using a Mobile Deposit will generally be made available on the first business day after the day of deposit if completed by 7:00 pm CST Monday- Friday. However, in some cases, funds may take longer before they are available for your use (up to several business days). Our standard check holds apply. Please refer to our Funds Availability Disclosure that you received at account opening for more details. If a deposit is submitted after 7:00 pm or on a non-business day or federal holiday, the deposit will be processed on the next business day.
