We truly appreciate your business over the years and are committed to your success. In order to better serve you, we are upgrading to a new core processing system and online banking services.
What this means for you:
- Your account numbers will remain the same. There is no need to change direct deposits or receive new checks.
- You will receive a new debit card with an expanded surcharge-free ATM network. Your card number will remain the same, but the expiration date and CVC code on the back will be different.
- Online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and cash management will be converted to new and improved systems.
- Along with everything else, statements will have a new look and feel.
Below you’ll find critical dates and actions required to maintain uninterrupted use of debit card and online banking services. For more details on what you need to do to transition to our new system, click here.
We appreciate your patience during the transition to the new system. If you have questions at any time throughout this transition, feel free to contact the bank at 651-224-5000.
