St. Paul, Minn. | March 11, 2025 – Drake Bank has promoted Tegan Dornink, Hailey Lewis, and Brianna McCarthy to assistant vice presidents in their respective departments.
Tegan Dornink has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit administration officer. Dornink joined the Bank in December 2019 as senior credit analyst and was promoted to credit administration officer in August 2022. Dornink continues to strengthen her expertise through educational opportunities and completed Naggl SBA underwriting courses in 2024 and 2025. During her five-plus years at the Bank, Dornink has been instrumental in the growth and development of efficiencies within the credit department. Dornink continues to oversee and mentor the credit analysts and is the subject matter expert for all things credit. Dornink was a driving force behind the Bank’s Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) implementation and monitoring.

Similarly, Hailey Lewis has been promoted to assistant vice president, brand and project activation officer. Lewis joined the Bank in March 2020 as brand master and was promoted to brand and project activation officer in February 2021. Lewis continues to invest in her professional development and obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in September 2021. During her nearly five years at the Bank, Lewis has been instrumental in enhancing the Bank’s brand and marketing and developing and managing the Bank’s project management program. Lewis has led key initiatives for the Bank and is a driving force behind the Bank’s strategic planning process and implementation.

Another key team member, Brianna McCarthy (Harstad), has been promoted to assistant vice president, human resources and talent development officer. McCarthy joined the Bank in September 2020 as human resources and talent development manager and was promoted to human resources and talent development officer in February 2021. McCarthy continues to invest in her career growth and earned the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential in January 2023. During her four-plus years at the Bank, McCarthy has continued to enhance the internal client experience through process efficiencies, automation, and benefit improvements. Over the last eighteen months, McCarthy has been instrumental in ensuring compliance with the evolving Minnesota employment laws.
