Justin Robinson joined Drake Bank in 2021 and leads compliance, risk management, internal audit, and vendor management programs. With 25 years’ experience in law, consulting, and banking, Robinson has been a driving force in strengthening the St. Paul bank’s compliance, risk management, and strategic initiatives, according to bank president and CEO Greg Larson. Robinson has also played a key role in developing the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management program and implementing a new vendor management system. By elevating Drake’s compliance and risk management systems, he has helped the bank maintain robust regulatory compliance and achieve over 15% annual growth in deposits and loans since 2021.
