St. Paul, Minn. | March 6, 2025 Drake Bank welcomes Ted Sirianni to the senior management team as senior vice president and chief banking officer. With over 14 years of banking leadership and more than 20 years of lending and financial analysis experience, Sirianni brings a wealth of expertise to the Bank. Sirianni previously served as chief lending officer at Northpoint Commercial Credit in Minneapolis and Financial Security Bank in Albertville, MN, where he held multiple leadership roles, including market president.

As chief banking officer, Sirianni will oversee the business, retail, and mortgage banking teams and be responsible for the oversight and management of maintaining and growing our clientele while building long-term trusted relationships. “I look forward to getting to know the Bank’s existing relationships and becoming involved in the metro area and neighboring communities,” says Sirianni.
