St. Paul, Minn. | July 15, 2025 – Drake Bank welcomes Patrick T. O’Connor as VP, Treasury Management Officer. In this role, O’Connor will lead the delivery and development of the Bank’s treasury management solutions for both commercial and retail clients, working in partnership with internal teams to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and deposit growth.
O’Connor has over 14 years of treasury management experience, most recently serving as a Treasury Management Transition Manager and Project Analyst at U.S. Bank, where he played a key role in the successful execution of high-impact initiatives across sales, operations, and technology. O’Connor has led cross-functional teams, implemented enterprise software solutions, and has been consistently ranked as a top-performing sales specialist.
