The Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce elected two new board members at the January DCR Chamber Board meeting. Richard Payne, Ecolab, and Scott Swenson, Drake Bank, have been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term commencing February 1, 2021.
